1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Apex Heart's Online Queue Management System. By accessing and using apexheartambala.com (the "Website") and our online appointment booking services (the "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Patient", "You") and Apex Heart ("Hospital", "We", "Us", "Our"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Services.
2. Services Description
Our Services include but are not limited to:
Online Appointment Booking
Schedule appointments with our doctors
Queue Management
Real-time token status tracking
Appointment Reminders
SMS/email notifications
Doctor Information
Access to doctor schedules and availability
3. Eligibility and User Account
3.1 Eligibility Criteria
To use our Services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Use the Services only for legitimate medical appointment purposes
3.2 Account Responsibility
When booking appointments, you agree to:
- Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your information
- Keep your appointment details confidential
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your booking
4. Appointment Policy
4.1 Booking Confirmation
Appointment bookings are confirmed only after you receive a confirmation SMS or email from Apex Heart. The hospital reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
4.2 Cancellation Policy

4.3 Rescheduling
Appointments can be rescheduled up to 12 hours before the scheduled time without any charges. Rescheduling within 12 hours may be subject to availability and could incur rescheduling fees.
4.4 Emergency Situations
In case of medical emergencies, the hospital reserves the right to prioritize emergency patients, which may result in delays for scheduled appointments. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of any significant delays.
5. Fees and Payment
5.1 Consultation Fees
Consultation fees vary by doctor and specialty. The applicable fee will be displayed during the booking process. Fees are subject to change without prior notice.

Online payment methods5.3 Refund Policy
Refunds for consultation fees are processed as per the hospital's refund policy. Processing may take 7-10 working days. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
6. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Book appointments for fraudulent purposes
- Provide false or misleading information
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Attempt to bypass any security measures
- Use automated systems or bots to book appointments
- Engage in scalping or reselling of appointment slots
- Disrupt the normal functioning of the Services
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
7. Medical Disclaimer
Important Medical Notice
This is NOT an emergency service. For medical emergencies, please contact your local emergency services immediately or visit the nearest hospital emergency department.
The appointment booking system is for scheduling purposes only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All medical decisions should be made in consultation with qualified healthcare professionals during your in-person visit.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apex Heart shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
- Delays or interruptions in Service due to technical issues
- Errors or omissions in appointment scheduling
- Medical outcomes or treatment results
- Third-party actions or services
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for using the Services during the six (6) months prior to the claim.
9. Service Availability and Modifications
9.1 Service Interruptions
We strive to maintain 24/7 availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Services may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance
- System updates
- Technical difficulties
- Force majeure events
9.2 Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without prior notice. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts or all of the Services without notice or liability.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Effective Date" at the top of this document.
Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. We encourage you to periodically review these Terms.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12.2 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ambala, Haryana, India.
